The exterior of the homes are not customizable, the builder must adhere to the specifications set forth to us by Ignite Cda and their Development Team. 

Depending on the stage at which you enter into a purchase and sales agreement, you may have the opportunity to personalize various aspects of the interior. 

There  are no  structural changes allowed on these floorplans.

1. Vendor List: Buyers will have access to a list of approved vendors or showrooms where they can explore various options for customizing their homes. This allows buyers to see and choose from a range of materials and finishes.
2. Budget Considerations: Buyers should be aware of the budgeted amount allocated for customization. If their choices exceed this budget, they are responsible for covering the difference in cost. This ensures transparency in the customization process and helps buyers make informed decisions.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit: Customization changes will typically require a non-refundable deposit to be paid to the builder in advance. This deposit secures the customization request and covers any associated administrative or planning costs.

 Yes, however any buyer changes (i.e. granite, appliances, hardware) that are made with suppliers and exceed the allowance for that item will need to be paid directly to the supplier by the buyer.

The rear yard design of each home can be adjusted by the buyers, but any changes will need to be made prior to sheetrock phase of construction and any excess cost beyond the allowance will need to be paid directly to the landscaper.
